The lease starts at 2 months, then goes month to month if desired. - Rent is $1250/month plus a monthly utility fee for one person of $100, another $50 for another person. The monthly utility fee covers everything: water, sewer, garbage, electricity, AND wireless internet. - The average deposit is equal to one month's rent plus utility fee and is based on your credit and rental history. - We work with people relocating all the time. If this is your case, we are more than happy to explain how you can reserve your apartment for your arrival. - We can also work with businesses/staffing agencies who need housing for temporary staff. If you need an apartment on a regular basis for visiting employees, just ask how we can work together. ** The Apartment ** - The photos may not be of the exact unit. All our apartments have the same amenities. - It's just under 350 sq ft. The layout makes the absolute most of the space. - New flooring (wood and tile, no carpet), kitchens, everything is fresh. All apartments have been fully remodeled. - Has both a linen closet and clothes closet, lots of storage. - The bathroom includes a full size tub and shower. - Full size fridge, stove and microwave plus lots of counter space (for a studio). This is an unusually large kitchen for a studio. You can actually cook a meal here! - The kitchen includes a eat-in counter next to the stove, no need to waste space with a separate table. - Appliances are black or stainless. - We include everything you need to cook, pots and pans, Tupperware, utensils, dinnerware, toaster, blender, etc. - We don't provide any electronics - no TV, PC, etc, just the wireless. Any TV in the photos will be excluded. - We do also include all the linens - towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, throws, etc. - The flooring is wood and ceramic tile, great for keeping tidy easily. - An off-street parking space is available. - No pets in a furnished apartment. - NO SMOKING - Onsite laundry, 4 laundry rooms available. - In a building with 16 apartments, next to a second building with another 16 apartments. - Occupancy limit: 2 - This is a regular apartment, not a strange basement apartment in a house or in a hotel. - Because this apartment is furnished, we do not accept any pets. - All the apartments in this building are furnished, we are here to help you with transitional and temporary housing! - We have GREAT tenants!
