1531 New Salem Road is a small, one story single family home with a laundry facility on the main floor. Tenant pays all utilities except garbage. Heats with a forced air oil furnace. Full basement with outside access only. Pet policy: Pets are on a case by case basis but our insurance company does not permit pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans, chows or any other breed or dog known for or showing violent tenancies. If the animal isn't any of those breeds we must meet the animal first and see the current condition it's being kept in. If all is well we would make an exception but a one time non refundable pet fee equal to half of one months rent or $200 (which ever is greater) would be required
