Respect for other roommates and neighbors is expected at all times, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM 8 AM). 4. Guest Policy: Overnight guests are allowed with prior notice and should not exceed 2 nights per week without approval. All guests must abide by house rules. Tenants are responsible for their guests' behavior and any resulting damage. 5. Lease Rate Adjustments (Tax-Related) Lease charges may increase annually starting each fiscal year (October 1st) due to changes in property taxes or municipal assessments.
