The basement is finished with a half-bath and a family room with a gas-burning fireplace. Arthur and Pauline also built a studio named Northlight for their artwork. This has since been converted into a guest house with a kitchen, bath, and laundry area. When Arthur and Pauline moved the materials from their Trevose home to build this home, they also brought full-grown dogwood trees, holly trees, rhododendrons, and azaleas to adorn the 1.96-acre property. There is a 2.5 car attached with a loft with plenty of storage. There are also two sheds with garage doors for ease of use. While maintaining the home’s original history and charm, upgrades include a new custom kitchen in 2010, a new upstairs bathroom in 2023, generator-ready electrical upgrades, a new house air conditioner in 2024, and a new grinder pump connected to public sewer with a 10-year warranty.
