I love this apartment, building, and location so much that after 5 years as a renter, I bought it! My family is expanding, so I'm giving up city living, and opening up this gem to someone else to enjoy. Apartment Features: - High ceilings 10.5' - Tons of natural light - Spacious layout that feels much larger - Modern kitchen w/ dishwasher - Entry foyer and french doors - Separate living room and dining room - W/D in building - Exposed terracotta walls - Lots of unique built-ins The apartment is in a phenomenally central location, two blocks from Pike Place, right across from Amazon's Blue Shift building, the Westlake light rail station and buses that'll take you nearly anywhere in under 30 min. Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, Belltown and Pioneer Square are all within walking distance (10-15m). Pacific Place mall, Target, and multiple drugstores are all within 3 blocks. I rarely need a car for anything but getting out of town (which is a good thing because full-time parking in the area is around $250). When I do need a car, there are multiple car rental agencies and ZipCar locations within a block of the apartment, along with Turo, Gig, and GetAround vehicles parked in the area.
