It is a short walk to Cal Poly Humboldt or downtown Arcata to local shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Community Forest. Our studio is wood floors, oriental rugs, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space. There is comfortable queen-sized bed with cotton sheets and down comforter. Owners pays for utilities.
