The house is raised above an already quiet street, making it feel calm and private (even when BBQing on the front patio). The backyard is even more private with a patio area (with table and chairs) and a lawn area. No smoking on the property. The room isn't set up with furniture so don't have current photos. It shares a bathroom (see photos) with one other room upstairs. The room (see photos with old furniture) will have: full bed, dresser, night stand with lamp, desk with lamp and chair, and rug. This room has a closet and has built-in bookshelves/cupboards along one wall. This is a great place if you want to study/work all day, have a friend or significant other over for a drink on the patio, prefer a calm home environment over being in an apartment, or want to take advantage of all the activities around Green Lake. It is available as early as March 13th. Prefer a 6-12 month lease that can be renewed or go to month-to-month. All utilities (Streaming services, but no cable TV) are included - including wifi.
