Animals MUST use bathroom outside, or in a designated area with container for waste. The bills are included within the rent- After every 6 months we will discuss lease renewals if the house is kept in tip top shape.. Rent is to be paid on or by the 5th of every month . Failure to do so a late fee of 50$ will be applied. The House is fully furnished but if you would like your own furniture and beds etc, let me know and I'll have movers haul items to storage! First and last months rent must be paid on or before move in date. Must be able to pass a background check and show proof of the last two addresses you lived!
