The first-month rent ($675) and last month's rent ($675) are required upfront to secure the unit. The landlords pay for weekly trash removal. The tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water, and sewer). One off-street parking space (guests must use street parking). STRICT NO-PET POLICY.
