''Beautiful views'' of Beaver Creek's western hillside and ski runs are the images one sees when first entering the Highland's Penthouse. Every space has been remodeled with clean lines, subtle colors, simplicity, and functionality throughout the serene home. The kitchen is centered in the Residence for efficiency when preparing meals. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, with a California Closet system and a storage space above the bedroom entry. Should an Owner choose to short term rent the home, this space will allow for secure storage of the Owners' belongings. One of the guest rooms has a murphy bed with a queen size mattress which drops down from a wall unit. It allows for an office during the day and guest room at night.
