Unlike most rental properties, your rent at JW Suites includes almost everything: cable-TV, WiFi Internet, heat, hot water, air conditioning, electric, garbage disposal, off-street parking, storage, and on-premise laundry facilities, along with the use of beautiful common grounds including a backyard deck and gazebo. Rents start around $1,200 per suite. JW Suites is not suitable for smokers. There is zero smoking allowed absolutely no smoking products or devices permitted anywhere on any part of the property. There is a zero open-flame policy absolutely no open flame (candles, incense, etc.) permitted. The property is also unique in that tenants share a kitchen and dinning area. The kitchen is fully appointed and the dinning area includes several separate tables. The dinning area also includes a coffee and tea station.
