You can build on this parcel with setbacks, etc. You cannot build on the greenbelt parcel as it is too narrow but gives you additional nature space. A cottage on the knoll above Willow Rd. is what I was planning but never quite got to it. Been in family since the 1940's and is lovely setting. A good architect, some money to build and you would have a nice vacation home or permanent home.
