We have two locations right down the road from each other. Country Estates and Crockery. Both locations have access to our indoor pool. Each home has a washer and dryer hook up. Beautiful country settings. This home is our model home. This exact home is not available but all of our homes are the same setting. Owners are responsible for Electric, Trash, Water & Sewer. You will be billed according to usage. We do have pet restrictions, which are available on Nodel Forms portal, along with any forms you need to fill out. Pet Deposits are $150 per pet, and $10 a month. We do require copies of vaccinations for file. Monthly payment does include lot rent.
