The pictures really do not do it justice, this home was in one family for 55 years and has been incredibly well maintained. It will be a lovely place for your family to call home. Three bedrooms, one full bath home with a finished half basement with a bar. Fresh paint, newer windows, three nice size bedrooms with ample closet space, a nice garage and a peaceful backyard with plenty of room for grilling and relaxing. Two bedrooms downstairs, and one large master bedroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a wonderful cedar closet and both have plenty of space. The upstairs room is very spacious, and is being repainted and getting new carpet (goodbye green carpet and brown walls!) Newer roof, furnace and AC will help keep the energy bills down. Washer and dryer are included as well. Security deposit is one month rent and the home is officially available May 1st. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including sewer and water as well as snow removal and lawncare (a lawn mower is provided). Pets acceptable for an additional $50 per month and a $200 non-refundable deposit. I personally manage this property and am very accessible and work hard to ensure my tenants are happy.
