The cabin is located on a quiet street on the bluff overlooking the Tennessee River across from Scottsboro. Sunsets are amazing. There are heart pine floors throughout with a great rock fireplace. The kitchen is small but can still cook for a large gathering. Will discuss longer than 6 month lease. Tenant will pay for power, water, cable & satellite. Would like to rent for less than one year. Must have references.
