    The property has not been occupied for years. The manufactured home on the property is a teardown. However, because it is on the property the impact fees to build your own home or replace the manufactured home have been paid. Further, it is, (according to the Lake County Property Appraiser Office), zoned for at least one more home. You will have but for one neighbor, and he is all the way in front and you cannot see one another. Lake County is very conducive to business, should you want to build a shop, greenhouses, or engage in any other enterprise. Yet, only minutes to Hickory Point Recreation Park on Little Lake Harris, or Lake Louisa State Park. Astatula is a small quaint community half way between Tavares and Clermont. But, just minutes to the 451/429/414 connecting at U.S. 441 in Apopka. All of the property is high and dry and can be utilized for anything thinkable; yet, large enough for horses, goats, sheep, chickens, all at the same time. It's large enough and zoned for two residences. Remember, the above is 1/4 mile long and 196.55 in width. Further, I am an extremely motivated seller.
