I (31M) use the basement for my art studio (I'm a University Lecturer and Professional Artist) $550 + utilities for 1 room, or $950 + utilities for 2 rooms (excellent deal for those looking for an extra private study room, office, etc.) Photos are original from one year ago, and additional photos are current state of the place + my ultra-friendly 13yo cat.
