Just to start with, this house appears to have sunk into the non-compacted, non-engineered lot; there is very little crawlspace. I think it needs to be lifted onto a new foundation. Then, everything else needs to be fixed, also. Bathrooms, kitchens (yes, there are two), floors, roof, plumbing, fences, landscaping-everything needs a bit of work, or more. The good news? You can walk to restaurants and/or the Coddingtown Shopping center. It's currently configured as a duplex, but easy to convert back to a SFD. There are no reports, going through probate.
