Parking: there is space for 1-2 cars on Reed (top of the house) and 1-2 cars in the driveway off the patio. WINTER ROADS: highly recommend 4WD+Chains as the roads get slick in the winter. The driveway will be professionally plowed, and the tenant will be responsible for the shoveling of the stairs and patio at the front and rear of the house (must be maintained in the winter). The home is furnished with a thoughtful design, new furniture, and a stocked kitchen. Washer/Dryer: NOTE THIS IS TINY! With the slanted walls, a full-size unit does not work in this home. We use it for clothes and usually hang dry, you can do a load of sheets and towels and take a few rounds in the dryer. Recommend hanging drying and then fluff in the dryer. Heat: the home has a nest unit that runs a gas stove. We've also added space heaters in each of the rooms, fans, and a portable A/C unit in the main bedroom. 3-6 month lease, or negotiable for a ski lease.
