It's also within walking distance to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. The Southport 'L' train stop (Brown line) is a 6-minute walk, and the Addison 'L' train stop (Red/Brown lines) is a 12-minute walk. O'Hare is 50 minutes away via public transit or a 35-minute drive, and Midway is 65 minutes away via public transit or a 45-minute drive. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber. Because the building is vintage, you will hear some noise from the neighbors upstairs and occasionally from passersby. Also, the building entrance is located next to the apartment door, so there will be some noise when the neighbors enter and exit the building. There is an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay.
