Super responsive on all the things - Pet friendly! The unit is in a coach house with a covered stairwell to gain access. Incredible proximity to all things Pilsen! Brand new Dark Matter (Sleepwalk) coffee shop within view from the window, decent grocery for everyday needs just up the block (La Casa Del Puebla), Alulu Brewery for outdoor adult beverages & eats. ~15 minute walk to the Pink Line and many bus routes within steps of the door. Permit-less street parking out front. Important Bits: - Rent is $1,500/mo. No move in fee for taking the apartment as is (i.e. walls will not be painted, but will be thoroughly cleaned before move-in) - no pet fee ; dog (most breeds) & cat friendly - 12 month lease term - Move in as early as 4/26 - Move-in application will require your most recent W2, most recent paystub, and credit report from CreditKarma (650 minimum, 700+ preferred ; must have identifying information in credit report screenshot)
