Washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave are also included. No smoking and no pets please. It's currently fully furnished and can stay that way if you want to have a monthly / short term lease. If signing a 12 month lease, then furnished is optional. Last month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's of rent is due at signing (so two month's total). Please do not contact me if you are a third party and want to help me find a tenant.
