One designated off-street parking space. Now the townhome is occupied by current tenants. At least 48 hours of notice need to be given for in-person or virtual tour. Once every adult who will be living at the rental property submits the application, the background and credit check will be run. If everything looks fine (5x income rent ratio, no past evictions, minimum 750 credit scores), your position in the queue is secured.
