Small 1 Bedroom on top floor of 2 story 14 unit 1950's Capital Hill apartment building. All units face out onto nicely landscaped yard area. Hardwoods throughout. The living room is 13'x14'. 1950's kitchenettes located in the hall between the living and bedroom which includes dishwasher. The bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed, desk, and set of drawers. There is a full bath. Overall the apartments are very simple, but are clean, quiet, friendly, and nicely maintained. In general they work really well for one person. There is a small fridge in the pics, but I have a large fridge if preferred Great Location centered between TJ's, Madison Market, Broadway and 15th Ave. shops. Laundry room in building with 3 sets washers/dryers. The pictures are of another 2nd floor apartment, but has same layout and features. Non-corporate owners.
