The living room is 13'x14'. 1950's kitchenettes located in the hall between the living and bedroom which includes dishwasher. The bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed, desk, and set of drawers. There is a full bath. Overall the apartments are very simple, but are clean, quiet, friendly, and nicely maintained. In general they work really well for one person. Great Location centered between TJ's, Madison Market, Broadway and 15th Ave. shops. Laundry room in building with 3 sets washers/dryers. The pictures are of another 1st floor apartment, but has same layout and features. Non-corporate owners. First set of pictures are for identical unit 2 doors down that was set up as airbnb.
