See the photos, the home is outdated inside but everything functions well and is in good working order including the newer AC and Furnace. We are looking for a year lease and possibly a contract. This is a solid home with only one previous owner (my wifes great Aunt) who had it built new in 1958. We are open to ideas. We may do pets depending on type of pets, past history, credit, etc. Leaving the washer and dryer is negatable. Because of the size we are posting it as a 3 bedroom. However, it could easily be a 4 bedroom. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Pets will be a deposit and negotiated on a case by case basis then whatever is agreed will be written into the lease.
