Rent is for one person Utilities are included with the exception of occasional charge when power bill exceeds normal range. Throughout the last 5 years this only has happened three times during the coldest months of winter. The excessive amount is divided between the renters and has not exceeded $100 at any occurrence. Small pets are allowed and there will be a $200 deposit required.
