Single family home in lovely Gardens neighborhood on one of the quietest streets in Ocean City. Great location for biking through the Gardens, taking children to North Street playground (summer recreational programs available), and walking our dog along the bay to view bay sunsets. Ocean City Yacht Club (with youth sailing classes) within short walking distance. We have enjoyed this home and neighborhood for close to 20 years. We chose Ocean City over other shore locations for the year round population and activities throughout the year and the wholesomeness of the community. We also like our proximity to Margate, Ventnor & AC for nightlife options. I believe Ocean City offers the most value in terms of lifestyle -- I could go on and on -- the Ocean City library and community center are outstanding.
