Apt # 2 1. The side and front deck snow removal will be a shared responsibility among tenants and should be coordinated to ensure equal participation. 2. Tenant assumes responsibility for snow removal, including snow blowing the driveway before 9:30 am when there is 4 or more inches of snow, and clearing the front sidewalk and a pathway to the mailbox. In return, landlord will compensate tenant $100 monthly from October through April. 3. The landlord will provide all necessary snow removal equipment, including a snowblower, salt and shovels. 4. No Smoking/Vaping and/or Drug use anywhere on the property. 5. Tenants will maintain the property in the same condition that they received it in. When tenants move out if there are repairs or heavy cleaning a commiserate fee will be deducted from their security deposit. 6. Tenants are allowed to paint the property with written prior consent from the landlord. 7. Tenant will have access to one medium sized parking space in the driveway. 8. Tenants may NOT sublet the property without prior written consent from landlord.
