Condo comes with one covered parking space, but additional parking is available in the common areas. Terms of 1 month to five months are available. No smoking is allowed in the condo. Rent is $2,700 per month plus 12.5% State and local occupancy taxes. A security deposit of $2,200 is required at lease inception and includes a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200. Property damages, excess cleaning costs, and the cost of missing items will be deducted from the remaining $2,000 security deposit. For terms in excess of one month, first and last months rent will be required at lease inception. Rent includes all utilities including Internet, but renter is responsible for excess data usage charges. Owner keeps one car parked in the covered two-car space, so renter has one covered space with additional parking available in the common areas.
