This is a custom fabricated trailer specifically made for tiny homes, constructed using a thick steel-stud frame, the zip system, a steel roof, steel siding, cedar trim, double-pane windows, and a steel door. The interior was constructed using Rockwool insulation, pine tongue and groove siding/trim, shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and premium waterproof vinyl flooring. The main area includes a storage bench, folding tables, storage stairs, and the loft fits up to a king-sized bed. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, and a high efficiency mini-split a/c. Does not include a range, washer, or dryer (but it can be worked out to include them). Not built to house a dishwasher. The bathroom has a custom-built shower base, vanity, and an incinerator toilet (can be changed to a compost toilet at own discretion).
