Nice Quiet neighborhood. My home has no backyard neighbors so the porch looks out to a field and is quieter than most. The master bedroom has a lg walk-in closet with a large bathroom. The den is kind of a part of the master bedroom and has a fireplace that looks through to the living room. Next to the den and living room is a dining room. The kitchen has an island and lots of wonderful cabinet space. (however, the stove and dishwasher are no longer white like in the picture, they are black and the stove is propane) There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom (Jack & Jill rooms). One door goes into the dining room & the other into the family room. The family room has sliding doors to the back porch. Then there is the last bedroom with a bathroom that can open into the side entry area and laundry room. All appliances except the freezer chest stay. The washer is not the best but the dryer is good. The water heater is just over a year old. Must buy "As Is" but I know of no major issues. Lot Rent is $350 plus an amount for trash. You cover all utilities, Baxters Mobile Home Court will explain, and they must approve you being able to move here. More pictures later.
