I recently repainted and repaired the interior. It is clean and good condition. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Living next to the neighborhood community center is nice. Occasionally, during the summer there are swim meets at the pool... other than that is quiet park area. The tennis courts are very close but they don't have a tennis league/competitions so it is not bother. As much as I prefer no pets, the house is very good for pets. Renter pays utilities. Some small pets allowed. Google fiber is available and tenant pays internet/cable. One year lease followed by month to month. Tenants do the lawn care, the lawn is small but the trees do drop a lot of leaves. No smoking in the house. DEI is welcome.
