The deck is really nice to use in the summer. Large areas for storage and closet space. Bedrooms are all good size. Upstairs bathroom is very big with multiple sinks. Close to downtown and to the UO campus. Very close to multiple grocery stores. The lease is over July 31 2018, and it is $625 per bedroom and $1875 total. We prefer a group of three that known each other. Subleaser pays for utilities and internet. Owner pays for trash.
