You would be only the second person to live in this renovated apartment. The unit offers a clean kitchen with modern white appliances. It includes a recently replaced stove, refrigerator, and range hood. We also installed a modern high arching faucet, new sink, and countertops. These white appliances and new renovations make the kitchen bright and clean.
The bath was entirely renovated. We installed brand new stainless steel vanity lights and towel racks, sizeable medicine chest, up-to-date tall arching faucet, and a new white vanity. This and the fresh white paint give it a spotless appearance. The bedroom easily accommodates a queen sized bed as well as bureaus and dressers. The apartment has several new upgrades including new energy efficient windows. Also, it has new contemporary stainless steel light fixtures which illuminate this south facing and naturally sunny apartment.
The property is in the highly rated East Greenbush School District. Subsequently, the limited number of apartments, when they do become available, are very sought after by families with children. Those families also appreciate that the property is on a cul-de-sac and has 3 acres of woods for playing outdoors.
