The scenic Westover Golf Club, one of the finest in the Delaware Valley, and the Schuylkill River are within 6 minutes. Valley Forge Park and Evansburg State Park are within ten minutes. Yet King of Prussia mall, the 3rd largest mall in the USA, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and Conshohocken nightlife are within 15 minutes, and commuter rail and bus stations within a couple miles provides easy access to the Philly metro area! Maintaining a clean shared space is of the utmost importance. Cigarette smoking should occur outside. Noise should be moderate by 10pm Sunday-Thursday, and 12am Friday and Saturday.
