1904 Farmhouse with large bedroom upstairs and you could considered it a loft. Pot Belly stove in living room has been removed but it along with the stacks have been saved to use again if we want to or if we sell our home for the new owners. Bathroom downstairs has been remodeled, January, 2021, by removing the ole claw foot tubby and replacing the area with a walk-in shower lined with a bench as well as being retiled including the floor. We also have a two story shed that we've used as storage as well as a small area turned into a workshop that was purchased and built in 2009. We have a busy property but with plenty of space for parking, anywhere from 4-6 cars comfortably, and if we had an RV it could be parked safely away from the house. We have a nice size garden for planting various vegetables each season throughout the year. The garden is surrounded by an old fig tree and blueberry bushes! We also have a Satsuma Tree in front of the shed which produces the sweetest satsumas in the fall! One of our biggest blessings with our property is that when one type of flower/fruit etc. stops blooming another starts, giving us something different to look forward to all year long!!
