This house is meant for entertaining and parties, we host summer swimming parties all throughout the summer, and the screen porch is perfect for cookouts. The seating area on the porch fits 10 at the table, and the pool area can seat even more. The salt water pool and spa were completely refinished in 2017, and the finish is guaranteed for 20 years.The house is a great sprawling family house, with plenty of room for a family with young children. Our family has really enjoyed the big, unique upstairs bedrooms, and my kids love the two winding staircases to the upstairs.- The yard (almost three acres!) is park like, and is completely fenced by Loudon County Fence in 2014. The four panel farm fence is perfect for keeping pets and kids in the yard.
