This is a great house to spread out in, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and family room. The outdoor spaces in good weather are wonderful. Please note that this is a five month rental, though for the right renter, there's some flexibility there. We are retired, and spend winters in Southern California. We raised two daughters in Bellingham - its a kid-friendly area with good public schools. We've always loved to travel. We both read quite a lot. David volunteers for organizations that build affordable housing. I'm a homebody. We are looking for tenants that will enjoy living here and will take good care of our home. We are always available by phone, and we also have several local friends who can help with the house during the time we are away. This is a 5-month lease, from November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, though for the right renter, there's some flexibility there. Tenants are responsible for $2,450 monthly rent. Owners cover all utilities including internet.
