All the windows have custom cut blackout blinds to help you sleep soundly on the brand new mattress. There is a grocery store, multiple restaurants, and a dispensary all within walking distance, with Trader Joe's and Sprouts less than a 10 minute drive away. Several local hospitals are within a 15 minute drive, and there is easy access to I-40 and I-25 for ease of access to the rest of the city and New Mexico. We live in the main house on-site and work mostly from home. We're handy and happy to help while also respecting your privacy. We like sharing vegetables from the garden and are happy to work with renters on any additional needs such as storage, local recommendations, or other accommodations.
