This is an awesome way to get on one of our most popular fishing, swimming, hang out, Lakes in the county. Lake June is one sweet lake but typically just a small piece of land could cost over $200k plus the taxes! However, with 131 Armwood (you own the land) you are in a community with a shared property right on the lake. It features a very nice Trex decking dock, white sandy beach, Clubhouse with kitchen, bathroom facilities, TV, tables and chairs, kayak rack. So you could spend a day out on the lake tie the boat up at the dock come back cool off, grab a bite to eat and head back out.
