This place is so cute, and the living area is still spacious enough to have guests come in without feeling crowded. You've got enough room for a sofa, TV stand, another chair. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom cottage with a full kitchen, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. It is comfortable, and efficient. The unit does come partially furnished with a queen bed, a kitchen table and chairs, and another chair in the living room and one in the bedroom.
