Master bath wall was taken down and bathroom was expanded / totally renovated with a marble walk-in shower & glass door, custom built-in cabinets, marble floor and dual sink vanity. Custom built-ins with LED lighting were installed in the living room, extensive landscaping was done throughout, new custom all pressure-treated lumber 12' x 12' shed with loft was built in the backyard, custom children's play area constructed, new pavilion with outdoor ceiling fan was installed on rear brick patio, brick patio mortar completely replaced, new driveway brick entry-ways, all appliances have been replaced, and the kitchen cabinets were all resurfaced with Benjamin Moore premium cabinet products with new hardware installed. We also had the electricians install LED floodlights on the back the house, this enables the kids to play well after dark when needed and they are fantastic! This house has all wood floors and has been great! It's quite and our children have loved their time here, not to mention the backyard environment with fire pit has been such a tremendous place to spend family time.
