The cabin was constructed in 1994, and a complete full basement was added in 2002, accessible from the outside, but well-protected and secured. The small lawn is easy to care for and adds a nice firepit. Trails travel off from the spot and traverse the entire perimeter of the parcel. 72 acres of explorable land is all yours just outside of the cool village of Delhi, New York, and under 3 hours from the GWB.
