The owners live on the property in the cabin further up the driveway. The upstairs is an large, open space with lots of natural light. Queen bed, twin day bed nook(plus trundle), sitting area with bluetooth record player, and desk. The large deck can be accessed from upstairs overlooking the woods leading down to the creek. Check out the stars on a clear night while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. Kitchen: The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Utensils, pots/pans, baking pans, glasses and dishes: it has everything you need for whipping up a meal. There is no dishwasher but soap and towels are provided for dishwashing and drying. Coffee is provided and you can choose between a Keurig (reusable pods) or a french press. Bathroom: The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and a toilet. AC/Heat: The unit has a mini-split system for AC and heat. For many months of the year, we have the benefit of cooler temperatures up on the mountain so cooling is not needed. For the winter, there is supplemental heat from a gas propane heater, electric baseboards, portable heaters and the wood stove. Internet/Cell Phones/TV: Wi-Fi is available and fast enough to stream video and do video calls(we work from home). There is NO cell reception so your cell phone requires Wi-Fi calling. We recently updated our property so your service will extend outside of the house. Accessibility: There will be a short distance to walk from your car to the cottage.
