Looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease (lease ends December 31st), and potentially renew for next year (2025)! This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that includes in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. The apartment is 2 floors, which definitely makes it feel more spacious. There's plenty of closet space, and this unit would work well in a roommate situation if you wanted to move in with a friend. Parking is on the street, and is free, and I've never had to park further than a 1-min walk. You're within 10 mins walking of 2 Regional Rail lines, and about 4 mins walking to the 23 bus line, which goes to Center City. I'm moving, and would like to have someone take this apartment so I'm not paying two rents at the same time :) Looking for someone whose ideal move-in date is October 1st! If you're interested but would like to move in a bit sooner/later, let me know and we can figure out what date would work for us both. You'll need to apply for the apartment through the property management, and they'll ask for verifiable income (paystubs, etc) and a 650+ credit score. $1275 is a pretty good price for a two bedroom in this neighborhood, and the lease automatically renews with only a $25 increase each year, so you won't have to worry about the rents being raised out of control each year.
