This is a mobile home located on the edge between Austin and Pflugerville. It's a double wide unit with 3 rooms available for rent. All rooms has wood floorings and its own closet. There is a shared bathroom. There are two patios located on the property: one in the back of the house and one on the front (both has patio covers). There is no ramps leading up to the entryways, only stairs. Kitchen has marble counter tops. Stove is electric. No smoking in the house, we have the outdoor patio with shade for that. If you do smoke, please clean up after yourself. The lease will be for 6months to a year - we can discuss more in person. Lease terms apply for one person per room, if there are more occupants in the room, there will be an additional 100 charge for water and electricity.
