I have rented to quite a few tenants and I can give you references if needed. This is a great duplex in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Redmond. I lived here from 2021 until 2024. The unit had fresh paint and LVP flooring installed in August of 2024. There is a nice back and side yard area and the neighbors are all very quiet. Owner pays City of Redmond water and is reimbursed monthly by the tenant, all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Rent includes yard maintenance. One cat considered.
