REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL: Must have a credit score of 600 or higher, 2.5 times rent in income, no felonies or evictions. The security deposit is $500, and there is an application fee of $35 for each adult. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply. Proof of renter's insurance is required upon moving in.
