REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL: Must have a credit score of 600 or higher, monthly income 2.5x months rent, no felonies or evictions. The security deposit is $1000, and there is an application fee of $50 for each adult. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply. Proof of renter's insurance is required upon moving in.
